Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Hybrid | Portugal

What youll do:
Design customized solutions to meet business requirements and enhance client processes.
Prepare detailed functional specification documentation.
Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable solutions.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to align with customer needs.
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure smooth solution implementation.
Test, validate, and align developed solutions with customer expectations.
Create test plans, user guides, and training materials for users.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within projects.

Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus.
Hands-on experience customizing Dynamics 365 (attributes, views, forms).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
