Senior Salesforce Comms Cloud Developer

We are seeking two Intermediate Developers with a deep understanding of Salesforce Comms Cloud (formerly Vlocity).

The ideal candidates are not just coders; they are technical thinkers who can translate complex telecommunications business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solutioning & Design: Analyze business processes to design end-to-end journeys using the Comms Cloud data model.
• OmniStudio Development: Build complex, high-performing OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• EPC & CPQ: Configure Enterprise Product Catalogs (EPC) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) logic, including product modeling and pricing rules.
• Order Management: Design and implement technical orchestration workflows within the Order Management (OM) module.
• Custom Development: Extend platform capabilities using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and industry-specific APIs.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong focus on Industry Clouds.
• Proven experience with the Shared Information/Data Model (SID).
• Ability to document technical designs and participate in architectural discussions.
