Sr Product Designer

Job brief

Were seeking a Lead Product Designer to spearhead the design vision and execution of our enterprise B2B SaaS platform. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating intuitive, scalable design systems from the ground up.s.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for core products, including our Vendor Risk
• Management and Trust Center platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and execute design strategies that meet user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across all user interfaces. 
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the overall product strategy.
• Work closely with the Founder/CEO and Head of Engineering.
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with a deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Demonstrated experience leading design projects from concept to launch in agile environments.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Experience working closely with development teams to implement designs and iterate based on feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, PCI), or related domains. (Nice to have).
• Experience designing for AI-powered platforms or tools that leverage machine learning. (Nice to have).
