Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job brief

We're looking for a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who thrives in building secure, scalable cloud systems using best-in-class Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes, and AWS tooling. Youll design and automate robust deployment pipelines, enhance observability, and help shape our cloud infrastructure standards across environments

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure DevOps.
• Excellent English communication skills. (He will have direct interaction with end customers so this is an absolute must have).
• Strong experience with Terraform (module design, automation, CI/CD integration) Terraform Cloud experience NOT required
• Solid Kubernetes experience with Helm; able to deploy, troubleshoot, and monitor apps.
• AWS fluency across:
  Networking: VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, NAT, ALB, CloudFront, ACM.
  Security & Governance: WAF, GuardDuty, Inspector, Security Hub, Config, IAM.
  Orchestration: EKS (must), ECS (preferred).
  Database: RDS with proxies and replicas.
  Authentication: IAM, IAM Identity Center
  Serverless: API Gateway, Lambda, Serverless Framework.
• Experience with ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and modern deployment practices.
• Proven ability to create secure, lightweight Docker images.
  
  (Nice-to-Haves)
• Experience with Azure (very strong nice to have) and/or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with observability stack: Prometheus, Alertmanager, FluentBit, OpenSearch, Traefik, Linkerd.
• Spanish proficiency (for communication with the internal team)
