DevOps Engineer - Large Scale Infrastructure

Job brief

DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience managing large-scale infrastructure and high-traffic systems. The ideal candidate would be pragmatic, fast-learning, and fluent in modern DevOps tooling and practices. Clear communication in English is essential.

Requirements

Infrastructure & Cloud:

- Deep experience with AWS at scale
- Strong expertise in Terraform (youll manage everything in it)
- Experience with live content delivery, streaming infrastructure, managing huge datasets and/or high-throughput system,
- If so, experience in Azure or GCP instead of AWS is also acceptable

Tooling & Automation:

- Docker and Containerization expertise
- Familiarity with modern build systems and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions,
- Bitbucket/Gitlab Pipelines, CircleCI)
- Strong scripting skills: Bash and/or Python
- Comfortable working on the command line
- Able to read code, debug and automate workflows

Monitoring, Observability & Networking:

- Experience with the ELK stack at enterprise scale (billions of logs/events)
- Great understanding of HTTP <> Request/Response Lifecycles, CDNs, etc
- Working knowledge of headers, regex, etc

Bonus Points:

- Experience with Fastly (strongly preferred candidates with Fastly exposure will be prioritized)
- Experience with Big scale infrastructures
