Senior Software Development Lead (Full Stack - PHP, Symfony, Pimcore)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in building scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain features using PHP, Symfony, and Pimcore.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and refine project requirements.
• Architect solutions that are robust, secure, and scalable.
• Code review, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both backend and frontend systems.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices to improve the teams efficiency and output.
• Ensure the team follows best practices for security, performance, and testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on PHP.
  Strong expertise in Symfony and related frameworks.
• Proven experience with Pimcore (or a willingness to quickly learn).
  Solid experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js or React).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS, Google, etc.).
• Proficient in database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora or similar).
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor developers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
