Summary

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a deep background in software architecture and system design to build and scale production-ready AI systems from intelligent agents and chatbots to data pipelines and automation platforms. You’ll serve as both architect and builder, designing scalable systems, guiding clients through AI solution design, and delivering enterprise-grade implementations that combine LLMs, data workflows, and robust observability practices.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in software engineering or systems architecture.

  • Proven Python experience designing, building, and maintaining production-level systems and data pipelines.

  • Strong background in system design, ETL and data pipelines, and cloud-native systems.

  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI-powered systems (agents, multi-agent collaboration, chatbots, classification engines, automation pipelines) in production environments at scale.

    • Experience designing and maintaining data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Python frameworks(e.g., Airflow, Prefect, or custom ETL stacks) and AWS data pipelines (Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, Redshift, etc.).

    • Hands-on experience building AI Agents or Chatbots using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack or equivalent orchestration layers.

    • Proven experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases such as pgVector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.

    • Expertise in embedding generation, fine-tuning, and model evaluation pipelines.

    • Strong knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for multi-agent communication.

    • Deep understanding of AI observability and evaluation frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, Traceloop, Helicone) in production environments.

    • Hands-on experience with AI workflow orchestration and workflow builder tools (such as n8n or Haystack), and multi-agent collaboration systems.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, model lifecycle management, and AI compliance frameworks(including PII handling, access control, and red-teaming).

  • Excellent English communication skills you’ll work directly with clients to design, explain, and guide AI implementations.

Requirements (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience with A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication systems.

  • Experience with non-GenAI use cases, such as Regression and Neural Networks.

  • Experience building Voice Agents or implementing AI-driven audio/video generation systems.

  • Experience with Vision Analysis (e.g., image understanding, OCR, multimodal systems).

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring AI engineering teams.

  • Contributions to open-source AI frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with semantic search, knowledge graphs, or vector indexing at scale.

  • Expertise in AI-driven automation (Zapier, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar ecosystems).

Reporting

You’ll report to the CTO and collaborate with backend, data, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable AI solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients defining best practices, architecture patterns, and go-to-market-ready AI implementations.
