Position Overview
We are seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in automation, scripting, and Linux-based systems, along with hands-on experience in Harness, Git, and Kubernetes.
This is a leadership-level role focused on building scalable, reliable, and automated development and deployment environments.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple product areas.

Develop and manage Harness pipelines, ensuring efficient, traceable, and reliable software delivery.

Build, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.

Automate production deployments and manage deployment workflows for high availability and scalability.

Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve system reliability, developer velocity, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure or deployment issues with strong analytical and debugging skills.

Stay current with emerging DevOps tools, frameworks, and methodologies, applying innovative solutions to evolving challenges.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Build/Release Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation roles.

Hands-on experience with Harness, Git, Linux-based systems, and Kubernetes.

Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or equivalent languages.

Proven experience designing and operating scalable CI/CD systems.

Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerized deployments.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and lead process improvements in complex technical environments.
