About the Role

Were looking for a QA Engineer who can bridge the gap between manual testing and test automation. Youll be responsible for maintaining quality across multiple products in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role combines exploratory testing, regression testing, and the creation of automated test scripts to ensure consistent, high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed and actionable test feedback to product and engineering teams.

• Conduct exploratory testing to proactively identify issues before production.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new and existing application features.

• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data scientists across multiple teams.

• Perform ongoing regression and smoke testing across a variety of products.

• Maintain consistent quality standards across an enterprise-level codebase.

• Create clear, detailed, and well-organized test cases and documentation.

• Identify, isolate, and document defects with precision and clarity.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright, or similar tools like Cypress or Selenium.

• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for writing and maintaining automation scripts.

• Strong understanding of web application testing methodologies and browser behavior.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with obsessive attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for distributed team collaboration.

• Proven ability to work effectively with engineers, product owners, and other QA professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with WordPress-based environments or large-scale CMS platforms.

• Experience in digital media or publishing environments.

• Background in regression testing for multiple websites or enterprise systems.
