Position Overview

We are building the next generation of AI-powered developer tools systems that help ship better code, faster, with minimal manual intervention.

As a Senior Developer on this team, youll sit at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and applied AI.

Your mission: design and develop intelligent systems that automate, accelerate, and improve every stage of the development lifecycle from code to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intelligent systems that support coding, testing, code review, and release workflows.

• Leverage large language models (LLMs) to automate repetitive tasks and provide smart developer assistance.

• Build scalable Python services and APIs powering internal developer tooling.

• Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, and AWS.

• Drive a fully automated release process with zero-touch deployments.

• Collaborate with AI, platform, and product teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or similar).

• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.

• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and modern developer workflows.

• Passion for applying AI to transform how developers build, test, and deploy software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal tools or developer platforms.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

• Contributions to open-source developer tools or AI/ML projects.
