This regional driving position is designed for Class A CDL drivers and entry-level school graduates who want consistency without constantly guessing what comes next. We run steady, 100% no-touch dry van freight exclusively across the 11 Western States corridor. No local traffic gridlocks—just a steady paycheck, reliable miles, and a schedule you can plan around.

COMPENSATION & PAY

WORK SCHEDULE & RUNS

  • Home Time: Home every 2 weeks for a full, built-in weekend reset
  • Road Options: Option to extend time on the road for additional miles
  • Routes: Highly structured regional lanes to support predictable scheduling
  • Volume: Consistent 2,000 to 2,400 road miles every week

JOB SUMMARY & FLEET

  • Freight Profile: 100% No-touch dry van setup for reduced physical workload
  • Drop & Hook: High percentage of drop-and-hook loads for faster turnarounds
  • Equipment: Assigned tractors from a late-model fleet (no slip-seating)
  • Dispatch: Dedicated focus on keeping trucks moving and minimizing delays

STARTING OPPORTUNITIES (PAID TRAINING)

  • Students: Drivers with a fresh CDL-A can begin through our paid training program
  • Duration: Training runs approximately 3 to 5 weeks with a veteran mentor
