About the job CDL-A Driver - Out Monday Home Saturday - Paid Training
Louisville drivers, out on Monday and home on Saturday. A short haul Midwest fleet that pays extra on short loads and trains new CDL holders.
The Numbers
- $1,000 to $1,400 average weekly gross
- $0.56 per mile to start, $0.59 at 6 months
- +$40 on loads under 150 miles, +$25 on 150 to 250 miles
- $15 stop pay
- $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch
The Route
- Runs only KY, OH, MI, IN and IL
- 1,500 to 1,800 miles a week
- Home every weekend
New Drivers
- $850 weekly training pay
- Trainer on real freight
- Straight to full solo pay after

Must Meet
- Class A CDL, 21 or older
- Brand new drivers: proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
- Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years, based on when you got your CDL
- Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing
- Live within 100 miles of Columbus, OH
