Have your CDL-A but no driving experience yet? Topeka drivers can start on a Midwest regional fleet that keeps you close to home and gets you back every week.
How You Start
- Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
- $850 every week during training
- Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
- $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch
The Job
- Upper Midwest regional dry van freight
- Around 2,000 miles per week
- Home weekly for a 34 hour restart
- Mostly drop and hook, same planner for your region
Pay
- Average weekly gross of $1,400
- Higher regional pay scale
- Monthly driver performance bonus

What You Need
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
