CDL-A Reefer Driver - New CDL Holders Welcome - Paid Training

Groceries, produce and frozen food move every single day, and someone has to haul them. That someone can be you, even with a brand new CDL. Paid mentor training first, then steady reefer freight you never have to unload.

Getting Road Ready

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced mentor
• $650 per week training pay
• Your own truck after sign off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

The Freight

• Temperature controlled loads, no unloading
• 1,900 to 2,500+ miles a week
• Home every two weeks
• Mostly drop and hook

Your Pay

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• Mileage pay that grows with experience
• Performance bonus plan

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical
