CDL-A Truck Driver –Home on Weekends | $1,800/week +

Drive dedicated dry freight routes in Chesapeake, Virginia. This position is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers looking for consistent dedicated routes, predictable schedules, and home time on weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Full hand unload using rollers, racks, and load bars
• Operate dedicated dry freight routes servicing Dollar Tree locations
• Follow a predictable schedule with home on weekends
• Safely and efficiently handle freight on first-seat assignments

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,800 -$2,100
• Mileage pay: $0.90 CPM (all miles paid)
• Unload pay: $240 per trailer
• Weekly loads: 3–5
• Weekly bonus: $100 for completing 5 loads per week safely (when available)

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR/PSP check
• Must be 21 years of age or older
