CDL A Driver - New CDL Welcome - Western Regional

Visalia drivers with a fresh CDL-A: a western regional fleet that keeps runs short, usually 2 days or less from home.

How You Start

• $650 per week during training
• Experienced trainer on real loads
• Own truck on full pay once signed off
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch

The Job

• Dry van across the 11 western states
• 1,700 to 2,100 miles a week
• Home every 2 weeks
• Option to run past the West for more miles

Pay

• $1,000 to $1,300 average weekly gross
• Up to 6 cents per mile extra in performance bonus
• $15 stop pay

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
