CDL School Graduates - CDL-A Truck Driver - Paid Mentor Training

Your First 90 Days

• Training: 4 to 6 weeks on the road, $650 a week
• Solo: full driver pay the day you finish
• Guarantee: $1,000 a week for your first 3 months of solo driving

What You Earn After That

• $1,100 to $1,400 average weekly gross
• 1,700 to 2,000 miles a week
• $15 stop pay, plus bonus pay for miles, fuel and safety

How the Job Runs

• Central regional freight through Texas and the neighboring states
• Close to home, often routed through the house
• Home every 2 weeks at minimum
• Day and night dispatches, some holidays depending on customer
• Riders and pets after training

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, at least 21
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, no experience needed
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug testing
