About the job CDL-A Truck Driver – Dedicated Intermodal Routes
Drive dedicated intermodal routes based out of Chicago, IL, covering Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. This position is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers with at least 3 months of regional driving experience who want consistent routes, predictable schedules, and home time twice per week.
What You’ll Do
- Operate dedicated intermodal routes across IL, IA, IN, MI, and WI
- Run a predictable schedule with home time twice per week
- Safely and efficiently handle freight on first-seat assignments
Pay & Compensation
- Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500
- Mileage pay: $0.62 CPM
- Stop pay: $20 per stop
- Night differential: +$0.06 CPM (Mon–Fri, 7 PM–4 AM)
- Weekend differential: +$0.12 CPM (Fri–Mon, 7 PM–4 AM)
- Weekly miles: 1,500–2,000

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of regional driving experience
- Solid work history with no major employment gaps
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR/PSP check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
