CDL-A Truck Driver - Trainees Welcome - $1,300 to $1,500 Weekly

Texarkana sits right on the lanes this fleet runs every week: Texas to Tennessee, Texas to Illinois, Texas to Georgia. That means real miles, a paycheck that grows with you, and training pay if your CDL is brand new.

Pay Breakdown

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• 1,800 to 2,000 miles a week on a sliding pay scale
• $25 stop pay, starting with your first extra stop
• Performance bonus on top
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

New CDL Holders

• Paid over-the-road training, 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer
• $850 a week training pay
• Straight to full solo pay when you finish

Freight and Home Time

• Temperature-controlled freight, drop and hook, preloads, live loads and live unloads
• Main lanes: TX to TN, TX to IL, TX to GA
• Home every 2 weeks, depending on where you live
• Riders and pets after training

Requirements

• At least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
• Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
