Routes & Freight

• Reefer freight, 100% no-touch
• Drop & Hook 60% of the time
• Average weekly miles: 2,100–2,300

Pay & Bonuses

• Rate per mile: $0.51–$0.65 (based on verifiable experience)
• Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500
• Monthly bonus: up to $0.08 CPM

For Recent CDL-A Graduates

• Paid training: 4–6 weeks,
• Regional & OTR routes

Requirements

• CDL-A license, 120+ hours from accredited school
• Age 21+
• Clean driving record, no major accidents or violations in last 5 years
• Employment history: 10 years, no major gaps outside school/training
• No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in last 10 years
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen
