About the job CDL-A Driver - Paid Training - Eastern Regional Dry Van
Laurel drivers: eastern seaboard dry van, loads that do not go far west, and a pay rate that grows every year.
Pay
- $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross
- $0.55 per mile to start, +1 cent for each additional year, up to $0.65
- $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch
- $15 stop pay, performance bonus
Routes
- Up and down the eastern seaboard
- 2,000 to 2,500 miles a week
- Home every 2 weeks
New Drivers
- Paid training with an experienced trainer
- Guaranteed weekly training pay
- Full solo pay after

Who Can Apply
- Class A CDL, 21 or older
- Brand new drivers: proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
- Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years, based on when you got your CDL
- Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing
- Live within 200 miles of Mobile, AL
