CDL-A Truck Driver - Paid Training - New CDL Holders Welcome

Got your Class A at a Tri-State school and nobody local will take you without a year of experience? This fleet will. You train on the road with a paycheck, then run temperature-controlled freight across the Southeast and Midwest with a guaranteed floor under you.

Start Here

• Training: 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer at $650 a week
• Solo: straight to full driver pay after training
• Guarantee: $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo

Pay and Miles

• About $1,200 average weekly gross
• Around 2,100 miles a week
• Performance bonus on top

The Freight

• Temperature-controlled loads, live load and live unload
• States like IN, KY, TN, OH, AL, MS, NC, SC, VA and FL
• Home every 2 weeks
• Weekends and holidays when freight needs it
• Riders and pets after training

Requirements

• 21+ with a valid Class A CDL
• 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school, no experience needed
• Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
