Entry Level CDL-A Truck Driver - Paid Training - Regional East

Living near the coast shouldn't mean giving up on a trucking career. This regional fleet hires new CDL holders, trains them on the road with weekly pay, and keeps every run in the East so home is never too far away.

Training

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced driver trainer
• $650 a week during training
• Your own truck once your trainer signs off
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

On the Road

• Regional freight across the eastern states
• No single customer, so the freight stays steady
• Home every two weeks
• 1,800 to 2,300 miles a week, drop and hook on most loads

Paycheck

• $1,000 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• Mileage pay that grows with experience
• $15 stop pay plus performance bonus

What You Need

• Class A CDL and at least 21 years old
• New drivers: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the last 5 years
• Clean record: max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
