CDL-A Truck Driver - Regional Fleet - Home Weekly

Location: Salem, OR Job Type: W2 Position Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,500

We are expanding our regional operations in Salem and seeking dedicated Class A drivers to join our team. This position offers a stable W2 career path with a focus on Western US routes and consistent home time.

Route and Work Details 

• Home every week for your reset 
• Dry van freight with zero driver loading or unloading
• Focus on regional lanes throughout the Western states 
• High volume of drop and hook for efficient turnarounds
• Access to late model equipment and 24/7 dispatch support

Student and Entry Level Training 

• Open to recent CDL school graduates with 120 hours of training
• Paid 3 to 5 week instructional period with a certified trainer
• Focus on log book management and safety inspections 
• Direct transition to solo driver status upon completion

Operational Duties 

• Maintain safe control of Class A vehicles at all times
• Follow all Department of Transportation safety guidelines
• Document all trip details and electronic logs accurately
• Review vehicle condition through pre and post trip checks
• Keep open lines of communication with the planning office

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License
• Acceptable driving history and background 
• Must meet DOT physical and drug testing requirements
