1. Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to describe the rules of the external Refer-a-Friend program in Nitropack.

2. Description: This policy explains how people can refer friends for the open positions at Nitropack and how they can get a referral bonus for their recommendation afterwards.

3. Eligibility: Everyone who is not a NitroPack employee and who is located in Bulgaria.

4. Terms and conditions:

● The Referrer must submit referrals through the careers page > position title > section "refer someone".

● The candidate should be new – candidates who previously applied or were referred within the last 6 months, are not considered as new.

● The candidate will pass a standard recruitment process.

● The referrer who recommended the candidate will get a bonus only in case the candidate is approved, hired and successfully passes his/her probation period and is not in their notice period (resignation or dismissal).

● NitroPack will then enter into a civil contract with the referrer and pay out the bonus in 1 installment after the successful completion of the probationary period (6 months).


5. Notifications and tracking: You will receive an email notification once your Referral is involved in the standard recruitment process. NitroPack will conduct interviews with only shortlisted candidates and all applications will be treated in strict confidentiality.

You will be eligible for a referral bonus even if the Referral is considered and hired for any other open position.


The amount of the referral bonus depends on the different positions, and is as follows:

PHP back end developer - 2500 BGN Net

Head of Engineering - 2500 BGN Net

Marketing positions (Content and SEO; Customer Success; Brand Manager; Key Partnerships Manager) - 1200 BGN Net

Senior Product Manager - 2500 BGN Net


NitroPack has the right to make changes or withdraw the bonus scheme at any time.
