Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product and UX design
• Proven ability to craft UIs, flows, and prototypes
• Autonomous and able to own a complex product from concept to launch
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

Experience designing for complex workflows in B2B, enterprise, procurement, sales, or legal domains.Exposure to AI-first products or technical SaaS platforms.Track record of building or scaling design systems from scratch.
