Job Title: Human Resources Intern

What You Will Do:

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture by assisting in employee engagement initiatives and addressing basic HR-related queries.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records, updating databases, and ensuring accuracy of employee information.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documentation, organizing 201 files, and organizing HR-related events.
  • Participate in HR Projects from ideation to execution.

About You:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, BS Psychology, or related field).
  • Have a minimum of 300 hours of internship requirement.
  • Have a stable internet connection with own PC/Laptop.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity in Canva, GSuite - Sheets, Docs and Slides & other tools.
