We work with international organisations in aiding them to build and develop their high preforming sales teams to bring their companies goals to life.

Due to our business expansion, we are currently looking for a Partner to push the business to the next level.

Must be eligible to live and work in South Korea.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new business relationships with multinational clients

• Consulting with hiring managers on the recruitment process and their hiring needs

• Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available in the market

• Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates

• Networking across your industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge

Requirements:

• English fluency is a MUST, Korean desirable

• Growth mindset, with a desire to put people first

• At last 8 years proven work experience in an recruitment agency

• Consultant minded with a strong desire to succeed - goal driven

• Have an international background or experience working the APAC region
