About the job:


  • Prepare and evaluate team members by conducting call monitoring

  • Drive individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources

  • Formulate a consistent benchmark of high achieving KPIs

  • Identifying patterns of development across all teams and customers.

  • Coach low performers and create a development plan

  • Understand business needs and translate them into people skills and execution strategies

  • Help improve areas of challenge and build on the strengths of individual performers

  • Assist in developing training plans and workflows

  • Provide the trainers with support and feedback on content effectiveness and requirements to meet the business development needs


Your Profile:


  • Near native in the market language

  • Fluent in English

  • Social and analytical skills

  • Business needs and KPIs driven

  • Availability to work in shifts independently

  • Strong MS Office / Computer skills

  • Quality Analyst experience is mandatory

  • CRM Systems training experience will be considered a plus
