About the job:
- Prepare and evaluate team members by conducting call monitoring
- Drive individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources
- Formulate a consistent benchmark of high achieving KPIs
- Identifying patterns of development across all teams and customers.
- Coach low performers and create a development plan
- Understand business needs and translate them into people skills and execution strategies
- Help improve areas of challenge and build on the strengths of individual performers
- Assist in developing training plans and workflows
- Provide the trainers with support and feedback on content effectiveness and requirements to meet the business development needs
Your Profile:
- Near native in the market language
- Fluent in English
- Social and analytical skills
- Business needs and KPIs driven
- Availability to work in shifts independently
- Strong MS Office / Computer skills
- Quality Analyst experience is mandatory
- CRM Systems training experience will be considered a plus
