We are looking for a reliable Client Appointment Setter to call warm client leads and book appointments for our insurance agents, using a provided script.

This is a part-time, long-term position for someone who is organized, consistent, and confident on the phone.

Schedule: MondayThursday, 9:00 AM1:00 PM EST

Responsibilities
Call provided client leads (not random cold calling)
Use a provided script to book appointments
Enter call notes and appointment details into our system/CRM
Coordinate with the team about appointments set and outcomes
Be consistent with attendance and daily performance

Requirements
Excellent spoken English (clear, easy to understand)
Comfortable making outbound calls using a script
Ability to follow instructions and scripts while sounding conversational
Strong organization and attention to detail
Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (required)
Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
Ability to work exactly MondayThursday, 9am1pm EST

Compensation
Base Pay: $125/month
Bonus Eligible After 30 Days: $3 per sale closed by the insurance agent from the appointments you set
