About the Role
We’re currently expanding our remote sales team and looking for enthusiastic professionals to help individuals and families secure the financial protection they need. As a Remote Insurance Advisor, you’ll guide prospective clients through personalized policy options and assist them in making confident coverage decisions—all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with potential clients by phone to present customized insurance solutions
- Review existing coverage and offer tailored recommendations
- Clearly communicate policy terms, coverage limits, and benefits in a client-friendly way
- Handle digital documentation, including quotes, applications, and customer records
- Use provided tools to manage and track all client interactions
- Focus exclusively on inbound inquiries—no cold calling or door-to-door outreach
Requirements
- Active Life Insurance License (required)
- E&O (Errors and Omissions) Insurance (required)
- Previous experience in sales or client service is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, phone-based sales role
- Strong communicator who enjoys helping people make informed decisions
Compensation & Structure
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- 100% commission-based pay structure
- Weekly bonus incentives available
- Performance-based compensation, paid via direct deposit
