Position Overview
The NMC Internship Program is open to students and recent graduates who are looking to earn school credit or professional experience credit.

Each intern will work closely with the NMC leadership team on projects that combine strategy, creativity, and technology to drive results for both our firm and our clients.
This is an unpaid internship open to candidates who are self-motivated, curious, and eager to build their portfolio through hands-on, meaningful work.

Reports To and Collaborates With
Interns will collaborate directly with the NMC leadership team and cross-functional departments including HR Strategy, Business Development, and AI Systems.
Start Date
Rolling admissions applications reviewed continuously.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects across HR, business strategy, and automation.
- Conduct research, draft reports, and support the development of new processes and tools.
- Collaborate on the design and deployment of marketing campaigns, social media content, and brand assets.
- Work with the automation team to test and document AI-powered workflows that improve business efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and special projects that align with your area of study.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related degree program.
- Passionate about innovation, technology, and people-first business practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, or ClickUp is a plus.
Compensation
Unpaid eligible for academic credit or professional experience credit.
