About the job Cold Caller/Appointment Setter (Work From Home)
We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to call a list of licensed insurance agents and set appointments for them to meet with our client about joining their team of insurance agents.
This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable on the phone.
Position Details
Role: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
Type: Full-time, long-term (work from home)
Schedule: MondayFriday
Split shift: 8:00 AM12:00 PM and 4:00 PM8:00 PM EST
Responsibilities
Call a provided list of licensed insurance agents using a provided script
Introduce our clients opportunity and set appointments for an in-depth meeting
Follow the script while sounding professional, clear, and conversational
Accurately document each call in our CRM (GHL GoHighLevel)
Communicate with our team about daily progress and results
Provide feedback on common objections or questions agents have, so we can improve the script and process
Requirements
Excellent spoken English (clear, neutral accent preferred)
Confident and comfortable making outbound calls using a script
Ability to follow a script closely while still sounding natural
Highly organized and able to track:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (required)
Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
Ability to work the exact split shift listed (8am12pm and 4pm8pm EST, MondayFriday)
Willing to learn our CRM (GHL / GoHighLevel) and Zoom for calling and texting
Training, scripts, and system access will be provided.
Compensation
Base Pay: $225/month
Bonus Eligible After 30 Days: $2 per licensed agent after they have written their first application (based on appointments you set)
