Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM or 9:00 AM6:00 PM | Occasional Weekends | On-Call 56 Days/Month

Join a mission-driven team as a full-time OBGYN Physician in Coachella, CA, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This role offers you the chance to be part of a respected Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been a leader in community-based health for over 50 years.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive reproductive and gynecological care to patients of all ages
- Monitor and care for patients throughout prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods
- Deliver babies while ensuring safety and clinical excellence for mother and infant

Diagnose and manage chronic conditions in female patients

Perform in-clinic procedures and hospital-based services as needed

Maintain accurate and complete medical records and documentation

Collaborate with medical directors, nursing staff, and specialists
- Participate in policy development, clinic operations, and clinical improvement initiatives

Supervise or mentor students as a preceptor (optional but encouraged)

Rotate between multiple clinic locations when needed
Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8a-5p or 9a-6p

On-call responsibilities: approx. 56 days/month

Occasional weekends may be required
Qualifications (Required):
-
Doctorate degree (MD or DO)

3+ years of experience in both Gynecology and Obstetrics

Active and valid California licenses/certifications:

Medical Doctor (MD) California
-
DEA License California
-
Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
-
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
-
AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
-

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN

Open to past or future supervisory responsibilities

Must be willing to accept the listed schedule
