Referral Terms & Conditions

By submitting a referral to NMC Recruiting, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

   • Referrers must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to participate.

   • Employees of NMC Recruiting are not eligible for referral rewards unless specifically permitted.

2. Referral Process

   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form or designated system.

   • A referral is valid only if the referred candidate is not already in NMC Recruiting’s system or actively engaged with us.

3. Reward Conditions

   • Referral rewards (if applicable) are granted only if the referred candidate is successfully hired by a client through NMC Recruiting.

   • Rewards will be issued once the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.

   • Reward type, value, and distribution method may vary and are subject to change without notice.

4. Candidate Consent

   • By submitting a referral, you confirm you have the candidate’s consent to share their information with NMC Recruiting.

5. Program Changes

   • NMC Recruiting reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

6. Legal Compliance

   • All referrals must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

   • NMC Recruiting reserves the right to void any referral that violates these terms.
