Engineering Manager

We are working with a tech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for an Engineering Manager to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive up to SGD 144k (excluding bonus).

About the Role

• Provide engineering leadership and define software/system architecture strategy
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Remain hands-on with development, including code reviews and technical oversight
• Drive product development in collaboration with product and design teams

• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD

• Oversee technology stack decisions and ensure scalable infrastructure

• Lead cross-functional collaboration and align engineering with business goals

• Build engineering talent through hiring and career development

Requirements

• MS/MEng/PhD in Computer Engineering or related field

• 10+ years in B2B product development, ideally with experience in computer vision or robotics

• Strong in C#, C++, and Python for real-time, low-latency applications

• Proven track record in full product life cycle management and hardware-software integration
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and product leadership
• Excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, technical environments
