Program Manager - Social Crowdfunding Platform

About Us:

A duly established non-profit initiative is launching a peer-to-peer crowdfunding platform that makes it simple and transparent for people to directly support individuals in need whether for medical bills, school fees, or emergency relief. Think impact meets innovation.

Were looking for a Program Manager with startup grit and development sector heart to take this from concept to reality. Youll lead the charge from development and launch to day-to-day operations and growth.

Your Role:

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for building and launching the platform (think product + operations + partnerships).
• Work with developers, designers, and verification teams to deliver a user-friendly, secure, and high-impact solution.
• Design and optimize processes for campaign verification, user onboarding, fund disbursement, and fraud prevention.
• Build partnerships with non- profits initiative, communities, grassroots orgs, and payment providers to amplify reach.
• Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Lead and grow a small operations team as we scale.

You will Excel In This Role If You Have:

• 5+ years managing programs or digital projects in development, nonprofits, or social enterprises.
• Experience launching and managing tech platforms, especially in the crowdfunding, fintech, or giving space.
• Strong operations chops you love building systems that scale and run smoothly.
• Track record of working across teams and building win-win partnerships.
• A practical understanding of compliance (fundraising laws, payments, data protection).
• Analytical mindset + action bias. You can spot gaps and fix them.
• Genuine passion for social impact and empowering people in need.

Bonus Points If You Also Bring:

• Experience in emerging markets or working with underserved communities.
• Background in fintech, digital fundraising, or payments.
• Agile, PMP, or similar certification.
• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, SQA etc.
