UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

Were seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience designing intuitive digital products. You will be responsible for crafting seamless user experiences from concept to execution while collaborating closely with developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the web.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers for smooth implementation.
• Maintain consistency through design systems and brand guidelines.
• Ensure responsive and accessible designs.
• Deliver annotated design specs and support development handoffs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience in agile environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, visually refined designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and React JS
• Experience with responsive, mobile-first, and accessible design.
• Familiarity with developer handoff workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud (AWS/Azure), or DevOps workflows.
