Performance Marketing Specialist (Media Buyer)

Job Summary

Our client is a leading company in the Marketing industry based in Egypt and is recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation. They are seeking skilled professionals to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success in this dynamic field.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven media strategies across digital platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis using tools like Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center.
  • Build detailed buyer personas and perform keyword research for SEM campaigns.
  • Plan and allocate budgets effectively across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize campaigns in real-time.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROAS targets.
  • Collaborate with business development and content teams to ensure high-converting creatives.
  • Handle financial follow-ups including renewals, collections, and resolving billing conflicts with clients.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign losses and identify barriers to improve future performance.

Key Requirements

Education: University Degree
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Media Buying
Skills:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
