Commercial Coordinator
Job Description:
We are hiring a Commercial Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination and reporting activities within the commercial team. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional at the early stages of their career who is eager to build strong commercial, analytical, and coordination skills at NOK Human Capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain commercial reports using Excel and internal systems.
- Track sales performance, pipelines, KPIs, and follow-ups.
- Update and maintain accurate customer and commercial data on CRM / ERP systems.
- Coordinate between sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Assist with proposal preparation, contracts, and commercial documentation when required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, proper documentation, and organized record-keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in commercial coordination, sales support, administration, or a similar role.
- Very good to excellent English (written and spoken).
- Excellent Excel skills (reports, formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis).
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional attitude.
