Senior HR Generalist
Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior HR Generalist to support core HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and employee records management. You will ensure smooth and compliant HR processes while acting as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers. The role directly impacts operational efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities through coordination, scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding including documentation, orientation, and induction.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with high accuracy.
- Handle personnel administration including attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and support ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and processes.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
