About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Communication Manager to lead branding, content, and campaign strategies for one of our prominent manufacturing clients. In this role, you'll translate technical concepts into compelling messages, manage multichannel campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communication strategy tailored to industrial audiences

Create high-quality content: brochures, catalogs, datasheets, case studies, digital assets

Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to generate leads and support sales

Plan and manage the companys participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Collaborate with sales, production, and product teams to turn technical features into customer-centric messaging

Manage and optimize the companys website, social media presence, and digital marketing efforts

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics for continuous improvement

Handle PR initiatives, including press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership content

Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and industry standards

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masters is a plus)

5–7 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Proven expertise in B2B content creation, campaign execution, and digital marketing

Ability to convert complex technical concepts into accessible, customer-friendly language

Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills

Proficiency in CRM, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing/SEO tools

Experience with industrial products or B2B strategy is highly preferred

Working Conditions

Full-time, on-site

Occasional travel to exhibitions, trade shows, or company sites
