Investigation Specialist

 Job Description:

We are hiring an Investigation Specialist to review and assess seller transaction activities to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with operational procedures. The role involves researching transaction details, documenting investigation outcomes, and taking appropriate actions based on established processes and tools. You will communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders while escalating complex cases when necessary. This role supports operational integrity by maintaining high investigation quality, productivity, and adherence to performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate seller transactions and evaluate relevant data to identify irregularities or potential risks.

  • Take appropriate actions on cases based on established procedures, policies, and investigation tools.

  • Document investigation outcomes with detailed annotations and accurate records.

  • Communicate investigation findings and outcomes with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.

  • Escalate complex issues or inconsistencies to relevant teams according to defined processes.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with operational targets.

  • Achieve assigned productivity goals while maintaining investigation quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, or investigation-related roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in e-commerce, payments operations, or seller support environments is preferred.
