About the Company

We are looking for a Research & Growth Specialist to join NOX Holding and support the Partnerships & Products Growth team through market research, competitor analysis, industry monitoring, and research activities that contribute to identifying new growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collect, organize, and summarize market and industry information to support business and product growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in collecting and analyzing data on markets, customer behavior, and industry trends.
• Assist in gathering and organizing competitor information, including pricing, services, campaigns, and performance.
• Monitor industry news, reports, and regulatory updates and summarize key insights for the team.
• Conduct research on relevant industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to support positioning and visibility.
• Provide research support for evaluating new product and service ideas by collecting relevant customer and market insights.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining databases, dashboards, and research archives.
• Contribute to preparing the monthly competitor and industry report alongside the specialist.
• Support the tracking of industry awards and local recognition opportunities.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of relevant experience in Research, Market Research, Business Analysis, Business Development, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good ability to collect, organize, analyze, and summarize information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to monitor and interpret market, competitor, and industry information.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with databases, dashboards, and research tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
