 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Receive visitors and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and documents.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize files, records, and office documents.
  • Maintain and update office databases and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative requests.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and assist with meeting arrangements.
  • Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
  • Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of Arabic and basic English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
