Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Receive visitors and provide appropriate assistance.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and documents.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and organize files, records, and office documents.
- Maintain and update office databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative requests.
- Prepare meeting rooms and assist with meeting arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
- Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Arabic and basic English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
