Onboarding & ER Internship
Job Description:
We are hiring an Employee Relations & Onboarding Intern to support HR operations and enhance the employee experience from day one. In this role, you will assist in onboarding new hires, handling employee inquiries, and supporting ER activities to ensure a smooth and engaging workplace environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and welcome kits
- Act as a point of contact for new hires' basic inquiries
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support Employee Relations activities, such as handling employee requests and internal communications
- Assist in organizing engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Support HR reporting and documentation tasks
Requirements
Senior student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in HR, especially Employee Relations and onboarding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
English level (B1–B2 minimum)
Available for a full-time internship
