Onboarding & ER Specialist
Job Description:
We are hiring an Onboarding & Employee Engagement Specialist to own new-hire integration and drive engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure smooth onboarding, track satisfaction, and design programs that strengthen culture and retention. The role directly impacts time-to-productivity, employee experience, and retention outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Prepare and follow up on knowledge transfer and first-month onboarding plans.
- Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and employee experience.
- Conduct exit interviews and produce insights and improvement recommendations.
- Partner with managers and HR teams to improve onboarding and engagement practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, employee engagement, or HR operations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement and satisfaction data.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
