Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the shipping and logistics sector.

Conduct field visits to potential clients to present Nok Courier services and solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
-
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
-
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
-
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Shipping or Logistics sales.

Education: Bachelors degree (Graduate required).

Age: Preferred between 28 – 30 years.

Gender: Male or Female.

Language: Good command of English.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Field sales experience is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary

Variable Salary: Up to 10,000 EGP

Commission: 1% on sales
