 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the shipping and logistics sector.

  • Conduct field visits to potential clients to present Nok Courier services and solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Shipping or Logistics sales.

  • Education: Bachelors degree (Graduate required).

  • Age: Preferred between 28 – 30 years.

  • Gender: Male or Female.

  • Language: Good command of English.

  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

  • Field sales experience is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary

  • Variable Salary: Up to 10,000 EGP

  • Commission: 1% on sales

  • Medical Insurance

  • Working Location: El Maadi

  • Working Days Off: 2 days per week
