Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory Officer to support inventory counting, stock management, and daily store operations while ensuring inventory records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock quantities.
• Support daily store and inventory operations.
• Receive, organize, and arrange inventory within the store.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Identify discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records and report them to the relevant team.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and investigate inventory variances.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
• Follow inventory control procedures and operational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory area.
• Support other store-related activities and operational tasks as required.
• Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams to ensure smooth daily activities.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background is preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock management principles.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Junior-level computer knowledge.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
