Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any equipment issues or shortages to the supervisor.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Culinary education or background is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering is preferred.
- Basic English is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Residence near the assigned work location is preferred.
