 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
  • Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.
  • Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report any equipment issues or shortages to the supervisor.
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Culinary education or background is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering is preferred.
  • Basic English is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts.
  • Residence near the assigned work location is preferred.
