Marketing Manager for Religious Tourism
Job Description:
We are hiring a Marketing Manager – Religious Tourism to develop and execute marketing strategies for Hajj and Umrah programs. The role will lead customer acquisition, digital campaigns, brand development, and strategic partnerships while driving measurable lead generation and booking growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to strengthen market positioning and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies for Hajj and Umrah programs.
- Manage digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and social media platforms.
- Build marketing plans, budgets, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Oversee content creation, branding, and promotional materials.
- Build relationships with agents, sub-agents, and strategic partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, leads, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to increase bookings and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Hajj and Umrah or religious tourism marketing.
- Proven success managing digital campaigns and generating qualified leads.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian religious tourism market.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta, or tourism marketing certifications are preferred.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in El Sheikh Zayed City.
